Service: B-Galactosidase Conjugation

Code: C015

Description: We will conjugate up to 10 mgs of your antibody to B-Galactosidase using a hetrobifunctional crosslinker to yield a B-Galactosidase labeled antibody. The B-Galactosidase labeled antibody will be dialyzed into a Tris based buffer and filtered. Finally we will add a stabilizer to the B-Galactosidase conjugate.

Note: Antibodies purity should be greater than 95%.Antibodies should be supplied at a minimum concentration of 5 mg/ml in neutral buffer without preservatives or protease inhibitors or carrier proteins. Conjugated antibodies can be tested in an appropriate immunoassay upon customer request.
