Service: F(ab’)2 Preparation

Description: We will Fragment from 5- 50 mgs of your purified IgG with pepsin to generate a F(ab’)2 fragment. The preparation will then be purified by size exclusion chromatography to yield a F(ab’)2 free of contaminating pepsin and intact IgG. Typical yields are from 30-40%
