Goat anti Mouse IgG Biotin Labeled
Our secondary antibodies are isolated from antisera by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose gels. Affinity purification helps eliminate nonspecific antibodies, resulting in increased sensitivity and specificity, with decreased background. These antibodies are further purified by passing them through a column of immobilized serum protein from other species. This additional step minimizes cross-reactivity or other species serum proteins. These secondary antibodies have broad applicability and can be used in a wide range variety of laboratory techniques, including ELISA, immunoblotting, Immunohistochemistry and Cell/ tissue staining. Antibodies are stable for 12 months at 4°C.
