Protein Biosystems immunoglobulin (IgG) preparations are used for affinity columns, blocking agents, and normal controls in a variety of immuno assays. These immunoglobulins are isolated and purified from pooled normal animals by proprietary methods. Immunoglobulin are >95 pure as analyzed on SDS-page and are supplied in borate buffered saline with EDTA.

Source: Normal sheep sera.

Purity: This product was prepared from normal serum by a multi-step process which includes salt fractionation and size exclusion chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated. To ensure lot to lot consistency, each lot is determined to be greater that 95% IgG by SDS-PAGE.

Storage Conditions: Store at 4 C. For long term storage aliquot and stored at –20 C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing
