Custom Services Service: Texas Red Conjugation Code: C011 Description: We will conjugate up to 10 mgs of your antibody to Texas Red followed by purification by gel filtration and hydroxyapatite to yield a Texas Red labeled antibody. During the conjugation we monitor the reaction to assure the correct ratio of Texas Red to antibody. The gel filtration/ hydroxyapatite chromatography eliminates the antibodies with a high or low ratio of Texas Red to antibody. The purified Texas Red labeled antibody will be dialyzed into PBS with 0.05 % sodium azide and sterile filtered. Note: Antibodies purity should be greater than 95%.Antibodies should be supplied at a minimum concentration of 5 mg/ml in neutral buffer without preservatives or protease inhibitors or carrier proteins. Conjugated antibodies can be tested in an appropriate immunoassay upon customer request. All custom services are accepted and undertaken on a "best efforts" basis only.
